I'm so sorry to hear that, Evan! I'm not sure if you knew this already, but you get a lifetime Warranty when purchasing our products. Please reach out to [email protected] and they will take care of you and get you a brand new chain! We've done a lot of testing to perfect our pearl chain. We use a metal string to tie together the pearls to make it as durable as possible. Unfortunately, pearl chains are always going to be more delicate and will need to be handled with some extra care. Sorry for the inconvenience! I hope this helps <3

Hi Wendy, This is Marou, the owner of the brand. I remember we had some conversations about this before. The chains you purchased were bought during a big site wide sale. You received 36% off your order. That is why we were unfortunately were not able to accept a return for your chains. You can easily find our return policy on every page of the website in the bottom. We are definitely not making our policy a secret. I believe we applied a very standard method that is used by a lot of companies. We of course will always repair the jewelry if any damage occurs that is not because of normal wear and tear. In this specific situation we had to hold of on that because you contacted your bank to dispute the charge. In that case, we have to wait out what the bank decides and act on that. I really hope you can understand and again, I'm very sorry you feel this way.
