The earrings I purchased were the spiked silver heart ones after putting them on I noticed they were much lighter than I thought they would be and when I had a problem with one of the latches it didn't take long for a customer service representative to respond to me a few hours after I wrote an email explaining one of my earring clasps were bent a day after I received the product and it had a problem closing I was immediately sent a new replacement and it's already out for shipment as we speak I don't normally write reviews like this but I had to after I received such good customer service

This was my first time ordering from Rare Romance and I am so obsessed. I am always stealing my boyfriends Rare Romance necklaces and now I finally have one of my own! <3 The jewelry is very well made and high quality with soo many different and unique styles to choose from. I purchased the gold heartbreak necklace with the heavy Cuban chain, and i am NEVER taking it off. The color is a beautiful shade of gold that looks expensive and unique. It is so hard to find affordable, high quality jewelry that people put a lot of hard work and love into. I can tell Rare Romance genuinely cares about their consumers as well as the quality and style of their jewelry. I’m a forever fan. ❤️
