In the past I have donated annually to various gyms and finally I thought I need the convenience of just rolling out of bed and starting my workout. I have tried other home work outs which was mainly cardio centered. When I saw Basement Beast with strength, mass and cardio I enrolled and I have doing this for the over a year and still going strong. Beast Nation is GREAT because the workouts change every week. Fabian is a down to earth person and since he is from Germany like my wife and living in Hawaii like my wife (and me) I like him even more. But Basement Beast and Fabian are terrific, great work out, great diet guidance. I am glad I found Basement Beast.

I am on week 11 of the 12 week program. I have LOVED this program - I have been motivated to work out - seeing / feeling results and motivated to continue pushing myself with the Beast 365 other programs available!!!

Best way to get on shape on a busy schedule and very multi stage workout plans make it worthwhile.

I have loved the Basement Beast Program! I started out with the 12 week transformation program. The best thing about it is that I don't Dread working out anymore! The short duration has made it really easy to work into my day, and I feel like I've accomplished something after every workout! I enjoyed that program so much that I have now signed up for the Beast 365 program! I'm planning on starting the Mass program next, then using Beast Nation to continue my fitness journey. Thank you all so much for providing this program to the masses! Areas for improvement: I have enjoyed the constant engagement through emails, but I have found some of the emails to be inaccurate. My name has been wrong a couple times, and there have been follow ups for me to purchase items, or programs, that I have already purchased. I am not sure what platform you use for your email marketing campaigns. The campaigns are really close to being great. I'd say they are definitely good. Overall, the products and services this program is providing are outstanding and I hope to be a life long member! Thank you! Scott McSpadden

It was both simple to begin, and motivating to continue. I am excited to begin my journey with Basement Beast. I just signed up and sent a message to this company: within minutes I got a positive response. This immediately showed me I am dealing with a very professional outfit. I am grateful.

I started this program in Nov. 2020. At the end of the 12 week program I have never felt soo alive! I lost a ton a weight and put on a decent amount of muscle. I was on cholesterol meds prior to starting the program. My doctor was amazed as to how much weight I lost so fast and that I no longer have to be on medications. All of my blood work came back negative and my blood pressure is perfect. If you join the facebook group you have all of the support you will ever need. Everyone in the group helps and supports each other. After using bands I will never go back to weights again. I LOVE THIS PROGRAM and you will too.

This is legit. I am six weeks in and addicted to the workouts. It's the fastest 20 minutes of my day, Fabian's enthusiasm is infectious, and I can see my body changing already. Thank you so much to Ivan and the Basement Beast team for putting together an awesome program!

I started Basement Beast in April 2020 and it was one of the best decisions that I have made in my fitness journey. Basement Beast is just that a fitness journey with no false advertisements. The workouts are fun, motivating and inspirational. Fabien is awesome as he not only talks the talk but he completes every workout with you. I highly recommend Basement Beast to anyone looking to improve their health and fitness.
