Basement Beast was and still is the BEST investment I’ve ever made towards my fitness goals! I’ve been using the programs since 2020. Fabian and his team are the best.

Basement Beast keeps me pressing play and coming back to working out. It has inspired me to make changes to my lifestyle and I am in way better shape than when I started. It's worth it.

My wife and I have been doing the 12 week Beast Transformation, we are about half way through it and we love it! We have both noticed visible muscle growth and greater flexibility. Fabian makes the workouts fun and enjoyable. He explains the moves clearly and informs us on what we are doing and why. Fabian has a great sence of humor that makes us giggle at least once every workout. If you are looking for a great workout program, we both highly suggest Basement Beast! You will not be disappointed in the workouts.

Fabian truly cares and makes the workouts fun and explains everything to ensure proper form. The workouts are short but efficient as if you give your all you will feel it and see results. I have a very busy job and I’m still able to get my workouts in with Basement Beast. I love this program as it has truly made me a more healthy person and I’m happy with the results.

Great plans and always mixing it up to keep you engaged!

I've been using BB for more than a year now and I can definitely feel the difference. I've done the 12 week program twice and there's been significant improvement in my stamina. At first, I would do just the workouts, but I realized, doing a good cardio warm-up prior to these exercises works really well. I'm not so good with the diet, so, I've not any changes in my weight, although I see shape and definition in my muscles. Others have noticed it as well. All in all, you won't go wrong in picking and choosing any program. These are super easy to work out and it's all on your schedule. Fabian is really great and keeps you going throughout the round. He's witty as well, so keeps your mind off of those isometric holds where you want to give up. Stick with the program and be patient. You will see results, may not be with the scale, but otherwise. That's motivation enough to do this everyday.

I love the exercises with the bands. The yoga sessions are okay. I have had better yoga sessions. Also, the lady leading the yoga sessions had to ask or confirm one time during a session in two videos what she was going to do next. That was odd. Also, because I am a female, I wasn't allowed to be a part of the FB Beast Support group. Apparently, it is for males only. Other than that, I have really enjoyed the 20 minute sessions and learning different ways to use bands to work out. Fabian is very encouraging and entertaining.

During these past few months, this was my only strength training program. Even though the sessions were very challenging, I really liked how little time it took to complete each workout. After finishing the 12-week program, the size of my waist decreased and my fitness level increased. Along with this program, I also did daily walking along with two or three weekly cardio sessions. If you keep the diet clean and stay within caloric guidelines, I believe this program will help anyone achieve good results. I'm very pleased with the knowledge I gained from the instructor, and the fitness level this program helped me achieve. Great Program!
