Basement Beast : the end of commercial gyms
Basement Beast provides great variety, workouts, and easy to follow along videos all while giving access to a community that speak on their experiences so one doesn't feel alone or like they're the only person to struggle with certain exercises. Fabian is great explaining everything and the programs eliminate the need to bother with a commercial gym while giving better results with less wear and tear on the body. This product is absolutely phenomenal and worth every yearly membership I pay.
