Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend RankScore. I purchased RankScore expecting a product and level of support that matched what was advertised. Unfortunately, I’ve had nothing but problems. The biggest issue for me is the complete lack of customer service. I have sent multiple emails explaining the problems and asking for help, but I have received no proper response. I even tried contacting them through Facebook because I wasn’t getting anywhere by email, and that got me nowhere either. When a customer has paid for a product and is experiencing problems, the very least you expect is for the company to communicate with you. It has now reached the point where I’ve had to contact my credit card company regarding the payment because I cannot get RankScore to properly respond to me or resolve the situation directly. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise anyone considering RankScore to think very carefully before purchasing. A product is only as good as the company standing behind it, and when something goes wrong, you need to know somebody will actually answer you. I certainly would not purchase from them again.

So much value for this. I admittedly am not an expert at SEO and am unfamiliar with much of the terminology, but currently I have it writing articles daily and automatically posting them to our blog. Ive run into a few snags but they were quick to respond with answers. The on-board AI help is really nice too.

Updated 9/9/26: This is an exact quote I got from customer support: "Yeah, that's the core issue you've already flagged. Artemis is referencing a "Keyword Opportunities panel" and presenting results as if the discovery run succeeded, but based on your actual run history, the expansion step failed and returned nothing. So Artemis is essentially making up results that don't exist in your account, which is a real problem. That's already in your open ticket and the team needs to look at both why the discovery runs are failing AND why Artemis is surfacing fabricated data instead of flagging the failure." Important to know before buying. ....... I've had RankScore for less than a week, so I can't speak yet to any ranking or traffic improvements. Most of my time so far has gone toward troubleshooting rather than actually using the tool. The customer service through their AI chat has been genuinely good. Responses came quickly and read like a real person was on the other end, not a canned bot. Sam pulled my run history, asked clarifying questions, and opened a ticket covering three separate issues instead of making me start over each time. That said, the errors have been a real problem. Keyword discovery kept failing with a rate limit message that support couldn't find any record of on their end. Separately, several of my seed keywords returned nothing after the expansion and filtering step, even ones that should have plenty of related search volume. The tool is supposed to surface a family of related terms when you search, but for multiple keywords it gave me nothing at all rather than a shorter list of results. When I compared a specific keyword against Google Keyword Planner, the numbers were noticeably different too, which support attributed to different data sources. The content map generator has been another letdown. It mostly resurfaced topics I've already covered on my blog, without making clear whether these were meant as suggestions to strengthen existing posts or ideas for brand-new content. For someone starting a blog from scratch, this feature might be genuinely useful. But if you already have a body of content and are trying to build on it, I haven't seen much value yet. I'm hopeful these issues get fixed. Many tools have a learning curve, and the low price point is exactly what let me experiment without much risk. But as of right now, I wouldn't count on this being my SEO solution. Given everything above, I'm glad I only paid the one-time $100 rather than committing to any type of subscription. I'd want to see these bugs fixed before recommending it to a friend or investing more time and energy into the product.

I have been really impressed by rankscore so far. It is easy to use and the quality of the articles is great. I run them through Grammarly AI check and they run very low on AI detection.

RankScore has been a positive experience so far. It was easy to get started, and the platform feels straightforward to use without a long learning curve. I especially like the AI agent for helping with basic SEO tasks. I’m mainly using it to create additional blog articles that support my rankings and improve the chances of being found in AI Overviews. It has been useful for generating content ideas and getting articles started more efficiently. So far, everything has worked well, and I’m happy with the experience.

I have been using RankScore for a short time, but I am totally amazed at how it is providing me with in depth articles for my two websites. I am allowed to generate 30 articles per month for each site which is a huge amount of content. The articles are not mini-articles like some software give of 500-700 words. RankScore articles are giving me from 1500-1800 words on average. You can also edit your articles on site and rescore the articles. Most of the articles I have generated rank in the 90s - some higher 90s, some lower 90s. RankScore also provides keyword searching, topic clusters, article scores, and more. I have been very pleased with it so far and still have other options to use within the platform - such as site health, AI visibility, backlink analysis, so forth. My sites are baby sites so I will use these features in the future. When finished with the first group of content clusters, you can ask Artemis to expand on what you have worked on so far. You can ask him questions related to the keywords, the content, and more. RankScore also includes a content calendar you can use. I am highly pleased and so glad I have been able to access the lifetime deals for minimal cost. Well worth the investment!

Would not buy anything from these people. Have been trying to get a refund from them for 6 months now and they keep saying I am going to get it but no refund yet. Run the other way as fast as you can.
