I’ve been waiting since MAY for a refund. Customer service is just a joke, my refund has been with the billing team since May and I’m in the refund process at least 3 times since then. I’ve reached out to the founder Sam Frost on LinkedIn but I guess he doesn’t care about the shocking behaviour of his team or his companies reputation. Avoid at all cost.

I am still waiting for my refund. I have sent multiple emails trying to get this resolved, but despite continuing to chase them, I still have not received my money back. This has gone on far too long. I should not have to keep emailing a company simply to receive a refund that is owed to me. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise people to be very careful before dealing with RankScore. I certainly would not use them again.

Rank Score helped me hit 100% SEO optimization! It exposed weak spots in my SEO that I didn't even know existed and told me exactly what to fix. Been using it for about a week now.

I just signed up for their service and look forward to using it within my agency. I did have some confusion (my fault) about their agency plan, but they were immediately accessible to handle my questions and were very easy and effective to work with. So far so good in dealing with the company and the their tool!

Signed up last June and asked for a refund since it wasn’t for me that time. Received my money back after a couple of days… now I found myself coming back because of the ads and new tools they have added. I only wish they have the option to have separate logins for Agency Plans

I will update this every week so now 6 weeks they have closed access to my account no refund and still ignoring me even from the owner now. I can’t believe this is as bad as any company I have ever dealt with. TOTALLY BEING IGNORED BY THEM> I am still waiting now over 6 weeks for a refund!!!!!!! Looking at others you will not get your money back. I would never touch them. Maybe I will have to go another route. They offer a refund up to 30 days I have been in contact since Septemberk 1st trying absolutely fed up still waiting. So imho think carefully if you are doing a trial. I’m not saying the software is bad it’s probably really good but customer service is 1 star. I’m losing my mind with them. I have had better experiences with bedroom run businesses. It is probably the worst I have experienced as far as I can remember. Update still not near a refund or an email that I was told last week. How long does a refund or an email take. I am at my wits end with this company.

Really easy to use platform. I recommend watching the videos but you can navigate around pretty easily without too much instruction. The Topic Clusters is an awesome feature and the SEO Dashboard is really useful. I've been using RankScore for about 2 weeks now and will continue to monitor its performance. As of now, I'm very happy.

They offer excellent customer support to answer any questions, the tool is very easy to use, and I love that I was able to get a lifetime one time payment deal! Thank you!
