I really like the Rankscore service. One of my main challenges for content has always been identifying and systematically building the content pillars, supporting articles, and keywords. Rankscore now helps me identify and organize it, including keyword research. I have evaluated other tools to help find my content/keywords, like Ahrefs. I found such tools way too complicated and expensive. Rankscore, on the other hand, was fairly priced, simple and easy to use. I was up and running in 15 minutes. That is a rare experience indeed with Saas tools! It was also easy to integrate with Wordpress. The complete content creation process can easily be automated with Rankscore. Customer support has been great. I received same-day or next-day answers when I contacted the company directly. Most of the time, Rankscore's support chat-bot immediately responded with answers that work. I have now generated and published 25 articles, including images, meta tags, etc. Rankscore's output is very good quality. My website, econblox.com, needs premium-quality, SEO optimized, articles and images that match the quality of our Econblox AI Business Advisor service. Rankscore helps me achieve this goal in a fraction of the time that it used to take. Highly recommend!

So; just saw an advert on facebook for RankScore with a couple of dubious glowing comments (side note: the tool actually looks ok for $99 but it’s always good to do due diligence regardless). Someone else has already posted a question asking one of the people to share their website URL as he couldn’t find the company. No reply. The profile only has 2 initial posts and was new. I decided to try; same. No sign of this company…. Which is odd given they’re raving about an SEO tool which should make the dead easy to find when searching by their COMPANY NAME! So I popped the persons image in Gemini and it confirmed the image was AI generated. Shared the feedback as a polite comment on the advert and was blocked almost instantly. Shame as I was actually tempted to give it a try for $99, but an instant block for raising a genuine concern is a major red flag to their legitimacy. Avoid.

I've been using RankScore for about a month, and I'm quite impressed with the platform's features and functionality. The UI is clean and intuitive, and the dashboard keeps my project organized with the essentials at my fingertips. The real power of the platform is the integration of Artemis AI. For those on Reddit thinking Sam isn’t real -I think he might be and cares very deeply about his launch. The product needs a few fixes like log in info not coming immediately after payment but don’t worry it will eventually arrive. Sadly for me the tool does not integrate with my website builder application. I requested a refund and got it.

Update: They did process the refund after I opened a chargeback. I'm bumping this to 3 stars because they ultimately made it right. But it shouldn't take a chargeback to honor a 30-day money-back guarantee. I hope they do better in the future. Original review: I bought RankScore on April 27 under their advertised 30-day money-back guarantee. The product didn't do what I needed, so I asked for a refund on May 5, well inside the 30 days. Support told me right away I was covered under the guarantee. After that it was just delays. I followed up for about seven weeks and kept getting reasons why it hadn't happened yet. Staff out of office, a family emergency, waiting on internal approval. On June 14 they told me in writing the billing team had taken care of it and the refund was sent to my card. It never showed up. A week later they told me it was still in progress, which is the opposite of what they'd just said. I gave them every reasonable chance. In the end I had to file a dispute through my bank to try to get my money back. If you're considering RankScore, just know the guarantee is real, but you may have to push hard to actually use it. Keep your receipts and email trail.

This company has low moral fiber. First their product does not work well. They advertise that you can replace other more expensive services, which is not correct. The product is half baked. However, Sam Frost, the CEO, offers a 30 day money back guarantee, so we tried it. When it came time to ask for a refund well within the 30 days, Jaymee from support promised it will happen soon. It never did. We emailed multiple times asking for resolution. They quit talking to us. Finally had to file a Credit Card dispute which we won. The owner, has had multiple other disputes filed and similar behavior. On social media, others have mentioned this issue, and there are numerous excuses such as "I was sick", and multiple other inappropriate excuses for a business. Feels like a scam company to me or one of low moral fiber at best.
