Everything good, but I had to wait about 30 Minutes AT the warehouse for a pick up.

Excellent customer service, fast delivery, but the quality of some of my furniture not the best. My husband has to go to Home Depot, buy some wood, and put it under our bed frame because the originals were all vended and had poor support. That's the only reason I gave it 4 stars. Other than that, all the other furniture I bought was in excellent conditions.

Great selection of furniture. Customer service leaves a little to be desired but the prices make up for it.

The salesperson that helped me both visits was patient and provided me with information that guided my purchases.

So I had the most memorable experience with Gevel Ortiz at Rana Furniture and I got just what I wanted. I was pleased with the product (visually) and I even gave an outstanding review over the phone on behalf of the delivery crew. However, I noticed (a few days later) that one side was not sturdy. I called Own It For Less immediately and they referred me to Rana. I felt like this should have been handled by the company that made the actual delivery.
