Dirty Furniture
After placing my order for a white TV stand, I noticed that there was a $20 charge on my order for a cleaning kit. I didn't order it nor was I even asked by the salesperson. She just charged it to my credit card. I had to return to the showroom the next day to see a manager to get my $20 refund. Unfortunately when the TV stand was delivered the following week, it was dirty and dusty with gray fingerprints . I can tell why they wanted to add the cleaning kit to my order. They didn't even protect it with styrofoam or plastic from the dirt/dust in the warehouse. I had to carefully clean with a microfiber cloth and dish detergent to get rid of the dirt. I'm glad it worked because it was the last model.
