I purchased a gallon of tea in the drive-through at the Murphy Texas location. I have purchased gallons of tea from other locations many times with no problem. This time, however they hand me a gallon of tea in a bag. I headed to my wife I drive away and it starts leaking all over my wife and the seat of my brand new 2025 outback wilderness. I’m at a light so it takes a while before I can turn back in and go to the restaurant parking lot. I take the galaxy from my wife to the restaurant. Tell him what happened. The guy sit on the counter. It leaks all over the counter and he says to me, sorry. I say well I’m concerned about the seat of my brand new $50,000 car they ended up giving me another gallon of tea. I tell them again I’m concerned about my $50,000 car with sweet tea soaked into the passenger seat. They say nothing they call no manager nothing I contact corporate and I’m supposed to receive a call from them yesterday and I get no calls. I told them that I need to have the car detailed to deal with the tea problem soaked in the seat and they don’t seem to be too interested in taking care of that problem. The situation is clearly their fault and they’re basically ignoring the problem I will be taking my car to the dealer. They probably will replace a seat because of the sugar in sweet tea and I will see if I can charge them for that service or I’ll contact the Better Business Bureau and I’ll work with them since they’re not talking to me.

I have had the opportunity to have chicken fingers and all types of chicken from more than 12 restaurants and of all the restaurants for chicken the two best ever chicken experiences have been in Kansas City at a place called Stroud's. and at Joe Stone Crab in Miami, FL. These fingers from Raising canes are by far the worst chicken fingers that I've ever had in my life. The chicken has zero flavor, and while you have made millions of dollars, good for you. But, your chicken is hands down the worst ever. It's now the 2nd time I've had it and will definitely never ever return to this chain again. There is a new place opening around the corner from the Raising canes by me call Pollo Campero and for fast food chicken their chicken is amazingly better. Juicy and crispy. Once they open their new place, I will visit them, but not this place.

Overrated. I've always heard about people talking about this place so I went ahead to check it out. The chicken tasted very bland, the sauces had little to no flavor, and the prices are AGREDGOUS. Don't fall for the hype. I expected way more. A little rant: Honestly, the chicken looked very juicy and crisp, but when I tasted it I barely felt anything at all. Now, I tried dipping it in sauce but it still tasted bland. Like what?? Isn't this sh*t supposed to be the best in town? The fries were also oversalted at the top of the pile and undersalted at the bottom. Golly, just get Popeyes of chick-fa-lia. Way cheaper and doesn't taste bad.

After waiting in Drive thru a long time to order ( just us two cars) the chicken tasted like semi raw meat fried in old grease. I will not be back. Not to mention expensive. But it was hot.

Ordered Fries and Honey Mustard. The person delivered Cane's Sauce - which is not Honey Mustard. When I pointed this out the person got very belligerent and stated it's yellow it's Honey Mustard. I filed a complaint last week. A lady from Texas called and stated how sorry she was and she would make sure the crew in the University City location would be coached about customer service. That either didn't happen or the crew at U City ignored her instructions. In addition the lady from Texas stated she would send me a voucher for a free meal. That was over a week ago and no voucher and crappy customer service.

What a disappointment. Wanted to try them as one had recently opened up a few months ago near me. I entered and experienced a short wait. The male employee was not very friendly or professional. Having never had RC before I'd asked him a few questions and he seemed put out and not helpful. When I received my order and started trying everything I was surprised and not in a good way. The tenders were bland and had a flour taste to them. I tasted no seasoning whatsoever. The coleslaw was just the worst I think I'd ever had. Toast wasnt anything special but okay. The one good thing was their fries I liked them. Oh and I thought the RC sauce was not good at all.

I wasted in the line For 20 minutes for someone to take my order. They are all fraternizing . We are here to work not meet friends. I understand they are busy but the atmosphere and customer service is unprofessional and unproductive. The food is not work it. I actually was getting food for my daughter.
