Not impressed, just only tenders they could be open more like a Popeyes or KFC far as a menu. Tenders were tender though but bland, sauce not that great either. But just wanted to see for myself what all the hype was all about with this expansion. Thanks but no thanks, I've had better.

I ordered a 25 piece chicken. They told me to wait at the Canes Number 1 waiting area. 20 minutes went by then I went and waited in line to ask about my order. They said they were counting at this time. I must have seen 30 people get there order by this time. They missed my order some how. I have people waiting for me to eat. No apologies were give. The girl who finally brought my order didn't seem to know how long I was waiting. She said Dylan was the manager. The manager needs to come out to me and apologies. Not happy Jim Braun

How many times do I order an extra Cane sauce, get charged for it, and end up without? A lot. And every time I wonder why I go back.

Chicken was greasy, fries were cold, toast was soggy. Would I go back, probably not.

Just tried Raising Canes for the first time. They have always been so busy and I never wanted to wait. Chicken pieces were very small. Fries not good, certainly not tasty. Expected the bread to be good but it was cooked on one side with absolutely no taste. This was an expensive meal for what I received. Going back to my favorite place, Popeyes! This was at Alexandria, Louisiana location.

The Raising Cane’s here in my town is excellent with customer service, but horrible with food service. For the 3rd time I have gone to the Raising Canes on S. Ft. Hood St., I have encountered an issue. The first time they forgot my fries, the 2nd time, they made me walk inside the building to pay because I was using Apple Pay, even though I was not forewarned I could not use it at the drive thru window for payment, and the 3rd time, I ordered lemonade and received a liquid that was supposed to be lemonade, but was clear like water and tasted like lemon water with a dash of sugar! Never again!
