I bought a beanie, but I never got it. In the beginning they told me they were sorry. After a few days I asked what they are planning to do. No answer. A second mail. No answer.

These beanies are way overpriced for what they are. Made in China and mine was $50 au dollars, these same beanies you can get for $12 at cotton on here in Australia, exactly the same make.

I bought two of their white loop wheel T-shirts. Both of them stained around the collar, from one use. I washed them as instructed, I even soaked one in borax overnight before washing. I've never had T-shirts stain like this immediately from one use, and it's not like I was working out in them.

The beanie hats themselves are ok. Not the best but certainly not the worst. But at almost £30 I would expect better. The issue however, if the refund policy, they expect you to send them item back tracked to the Netherlands and fromthe UK thats roughly about £8.50. So they expect you to pay almost 30% of your own money to return an item you wernt satifiued with. I think this isnt a great way to do business. dont buy here if you expect to receive quality goods or be able to return products you dont like. you have to ship to the Netherlands. I ordered a hat to try it because hats never fit me properly, it arrived and fit perfectly, so I ordered some more but when they arrived, they didn’t fit properly and the customer service team just said they aren’t all made the same… I had to pay to return them and wasn’t offered any support or compensation… very disappointing

Ordered the loop t-shirts in white. Size and delivery is fine, but the material is just too thin and transparent. Not a nice show piece to wear when cookies are visible through tha fabric and it is especially notable around the edges where the fabric is double layered. So i will not recommend and will try to return.

I had ordered two beanies, but both got broken in the top shortly after. I’ve otherwise been satisfied by the product, but I’ve tried to file a complaint, but they are not replying, which is odd as they are active each day on Instagram.
