Amazing service! They sent me a beanie in the wrong color, so I contacted customer service. They responded quickly and sent me a new one free of charge! Absolutely world-class customer service! I’ll definitely be buying another beanie from them! And a huge bonus – the beanie fits perfectly and is incredibly comfortable!

I did my research, chose the product, and was really hopeful that I had finally found the right fit. Unfortunately, it just didn’t work out for me. I’m a shorter guy with a bald head, and I’ve continued to struggle to find a beanie that sits high enough above my ears without leaving a bunch of extra material sticking up on top. I’m looking for something closer to a snug, low-profile skullcap fit. That being said, I have absolutely no complaints about the company or the quality of the product. It’s a great-looking, well-made beanie. It just doesn’t fit my head the way I had hoped. I’ll probably pass it along to my son, who I’m sure will enjoy it. I just wish it had worked out for me because I really wanted to love it!
