Never sent order on beanie

I placed a second order on september 11th, and despite two emails to the company, my package has not been delivered yet (october 14th). The delivery service states that it has not received the package from the sender yet.

Dårlig markedsføring. Når du kjøper varer fremkommer det som at man ikke må fortolle varene. Priser er i lokal valuta og alt inklusive (moms og frakt). Varene ble 25% dyrere da de gikk gjennom norsk toll.

Do NOT waste your money: extremely poor quality made in China clothes that will not last you more than two washes. Misleading adds and marketing, you will just end-up with a disappointment. The Customer service is horrible as well. Stay away.

Pretty bad fit, lower quality than expected and returns are very difficult.

Ordered a fisherman’s beanie, did not show up. I emailed customer service serveral times. They eventually sent out another one, it also didn’t turn up after checking they had the correct address, which they did. I asked if someone could call me as it might be easier to work this out and they said they can’t do that. So this is horrible customer service. Good luck if you order something and it doesn’t show up.

A trap for international customers. Despite claiming they ship locally they only accept legitimate returns to the Netherlands. Nothing is shipped out of Australia so be warned. They were slow in communicating and offered no solution to the fact international shipping would cost more than the order value. Avoid. Brands like this should not build their business of misleading information that puts the customer at a disadvantage.

SCAMMERS! My mother ordered sizes according to their website, however when she received them they did not fit. The website states hassle free returns. DO NOT BELIEVE THIS! We have been trying for 6 weeks to get a refund. At first they told us they don’t do returns and to give away. When we pursued they provided us with return address in China. We sent the parcel with tracking and received signature. I (on behalf of my mother)have now sent the pictures of the items returned, the box with the mailing address clearly written, photo of the tracking form, photo of Canada Post Delivery tracking , and a copy of the photo of the person who signed. Since providing all this info multiple times (parcel received in China in June) we still have no indication of a refund.
