The ship from the Netherlands and so returns are very expensive (if you live in the UK). Beanie is not one size fits all (so unless you have a big head or are over 6ft it wont fit). Customer service is rude.

Rubbish quality from china. Nothing like the pictures on website. Can’t return

Tiny neckhole. Not very well made. then found out their returns are all “includes all original packaging and tags” and paid for by consumer.

Hatte die gleiche situation wie ein anderer Bewerter hier: 2 Beenies gekauft von der Passform und vom Material im Leben keine 31€ jeweils wert. On top musste ich die retoure selbst bezahlen, sogar noch mal umpacken. Bei mir waren es sogar 15 Euro für den Ruckversand. Finger weg, wenn man nicht schlechte Qualität für viel Geld haben möchte!

Horrible horrible service. Ordered 1 cap. Never heard a word from them after they happily accepted my payment. No correspondence at all after purchasing my cap. It was only after I notified them they seem to be aware of my order. A month later, I still haven’t received the order. They keep telling me “it’s on its way”. It isn’t !!!!!I keep telling them to just cancel the order and refund the purchase and they won’t refund it!!

Placed an order for a fisherman beanie. Their address bar auto populated the wrong shipping address at checkout. I immediately reached out to support requesting an address change or an order cancelation so that I could update my address or reorder with the correct shipping address. I sent 3 different support requests. Their customer service reached out almost 24 hours later and said that nothing could be done and the order was shipped. They didn’t offer store credit, a refund or an update to the original order. Do not recommend buying from this company, shady drop seller bordering on scammer.
