My wife bought me two fisherman’s beanies & I told her not too because of how overpriced they are. She still bought them & now I have two fisherman’s beanies where one fits, & the other doesn’t. Contacted the company, one person said I could get another one sent out but then I received another email after sending the photos where this person stated ‘there can be slight variations in fit due to the production process and the natural differences in the knit.’ At $54 for a beanie, they better damn well be the same size & fit.

Hi. I bought a beanie from you. Too small. Returned it following your policy and paid the postage and tracking out of my own pocket. Product has now been posted back to me. No explanation. I've e mailed you 3 times now with no response. You are really poor and I would advise people to avoid you at all costs

AVOID this company. Bought this t-shirt because of some good marketing on IG. It was an error and I’ve learnt my lesson lol. Upon trying to return it, they would not pay for the return. I understand this is their policy, but they do not make it clear and it is, frankly, standard in this age. It just shows what type of company they are. Lastly, when I’d finally sent my tracked return out of my own pocket, they have provided 0 updates and 0 assurance that I will receive my money. Untrustworthy and poor quality all round.

Absolutely terrible customer service. The like of which I have genuinely never experienced previously. Ordered 4 shirts and the items have not arrived. The CS response is to take it up with the local courier,although they entered into the contract with the courier not myself. Getting nowhere - so looks like I have to write off over €150. Awful company.

This company claim to be legit but actually they are anything but. Having. Ow read similar reviews about people trying to claim refunds it’s transparent that they operate in an underhand manner and good luck with trying to return anything you’ve ordered - I’m going to dispute with my credit card company!!!

Ordered two items and sent them back because I didn't like them. Items arrived after a couple days but weren't processed until 4 weeks later! I wrote multiple mails in the meantime, getting answers that the items were still not processed (and got asked for the tracking code every other time, although I had given it many times, paid 20€(!) extra for tracking and had the feeling that they were hoping to 'lose' my parcel in case I couldn't provide the code anymore). Got a refund after 5 weeks, but only for one item without a reason given. When I sent yet another mail, they said that only one item got returned, yet their original receipt listed both items as being refunded, with a random deduction of 45€. Since DHL doesn't provide the weight of packages on the receipt anymore, I can't prove this other than with the screenshot from their own email, saying that both items were being processed. Scamy & ridiculous, guess it's fine if you're lucky enough to keep your items.

Avoid this company. Bought 3 items from them and wanted to return 1 item. I sent the item back to the address they provided - a warehouse address in the Netherlands for it to be refused to be accepted. The item was then returned to me in the UK. I have not been refunded.

Passform absolut schlecht. Qualität nicht gut. Rückversand in die Niederlande muss selbst bezahlt werden. Kein Rücksendeschein mit Adresse im Paket. Für Rücksendung muss der miserable Kundenservice kontaktiert werden. Nach Anpassung der Klarna Zahlung kommen ständig Mails vom Service ob das Absicht war. Antworten zwecklos. FINGER WEG!
