You deserve 6 stars. I received two 100AH heavy batteries and their voltage match to the 10mV~! You answer the phone by a human, that is amazing nowadays, and guide me well. Thanks.

Dan
When purchasing using Raion's website, I experienced some glitches with the credit card aspect. Three attempts to buy didn't work. I called Raion and received immediate assistance from the woman who answered the phone. The problem was resolved within a few minutes. The two batteries I bought were well packed with styrofoam on all sides, then snugly fit inside a cardboard box, which was inside yet another snug cardboard box. The batteries arrived promptly, in good condition, and fully charged. Overall, an excellent experience with this transaction.
