Quickly received the batteries I ordered

This is the second replacement battery I purchased in order to repair a jump pack. Afterwards the jump pack has been the best performing jump pack at my dealership. I am very happy with the product, ease of ordering, and speed of delivery. Great product and service.

Excellent service and product!! Everything I need and hoped for!! Would works with them again!!

Delivery was very fast and the product reliable

Great experience, fast ship and even better fast install! Having the leads already attached made the install much faster and I prefer soldered connections rather than crimped. Remounted the Evercharge, let it charge and no problems.

I got exactly what I wanted and the shipping was very quick. Communication was excellent. I appreciate the service. I’ll be back!

Rarely has an online purchase gone so well. First Raion Group had the best price for the replacement batteries for my Cyberpower Back Up Power supply -- by far. About 33% less than the next lowest price out there. Cyberpower charges $104 for the replacement batteries; Raion Group just $30. The ordering process was smooth. And much to my pleasant surprise, the package arrived two days later as promised. Cudos to them!

Perfect! I ordered replacement batteries for an APC UPS, a total of 16 batteries. I had concerns about how such weight would be protected in shipping, etc. But everything was just fine. I got what I ordered. It shipped quickly --and my experience couldn't have been better.
