For as I can tell the battery is what I ordered, the price is in range of what I expected, shipping was faster than I than I expected, I receive it Sunday Jan-29-23 and put on charge, about the only complaint I have it was a little to much crap getting through check out.

Needed to have an exact replacement to fit into the case. The Raion battery was a perfect fit. I could have used a how-to on the doing the replacement. About a dozen screws of several sizes for the Vector product.

exactly as ordered took two minutes to install works great thank you

The batteries were received in a timely fashion. I will see how they take a charge and remain charged. Two of the batteries had impact marks on the tops indicating they were either dropped or struck. The dents are about an inch in size, both batteries on the same area, on top next to the terminal. I don't see any indication of leaks so far. The shipping package was not damaged so it must have happened prior to shipping.

The replacement batteries were the same size and functionality was the same as the original batteries. The only issue that I had to resolve was that the battery post on the original batteries were threaded into the top of the batteries and the replacement batteries has an exposed top post with a non threaded hole. I was able to make the necessary adjustments to make everything work so all good.

Fantastic company. Website needs a little help to determine the correct battery needed. Made a phone call to help line and was given all the information I needed.

Need better protection for big batteries (battery cartridge) . Everything would be great, but the battery cartage (RBC7 - dual battery) came damaged. Just the fuse, plastic covers and batteries came separated. Batteries itself were OK. Just needs little bit better packaging in this case. Otherwise, costumer service and batteries itself are great.

Batteries are working great and fit perfectly…I thought the website said they came charged to reduce chance of an issue during replacement recharge, but mine were pretty much at zero percent charged.. I kept critical drives offline until sufficient charge (overnight)
