I have not received my merchandise yet…
I have not received my merchandise yet after a long delay. The tracking number just states "delayed" in shipment. Update: I still have not received my battery package. What is going on?

Hi Danny, Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We will file a claim with the carrier shortly which will trigger an internal investigation to locate the package. This usually get the package moving again and rushed over to you. We will email you using the email on file with updates on this package. Update: We contacted the carrier last night, and it appears based on tracking that it was delivered earlier today. We have provided the documentation to the representative so that they can investigate what delayed the delivery of this package.
