Came into this insurance by chance. Recently had to put my best friend down of 16 years because of liver cancer. Decided I still needed a friend and found Cooper. Never have had pet insurance or really thought about it until now. I have used rainwalk once so far for puppy vaccinations and visit. I submitted my claim with no expectations. It took a couple weeks but I received correspondence from rainwalk and was told that a portion was covered. Some went towards deductible and a portion was being sent to me. It took several more days and I saw it hit my bank account. My experience was good and am hopeful it will continue to be good in the future.

I have used Rainwalk Pet Insurance since I adopted my dog. They have been great to work with! I haven’t had a claim denied and they are quick with reimbursements. They send a letter after each claim explaining their reimbursements and you can have the check deposited directly into your account.

I've never had pet insurance but let my coworker talk me into getting it. I got it about a month before my cat rolled off her cat tree and hurt her shoulder. At first, I thought why bother submitting a claim for such a small amount. Again, my coworker suggested I file anyway to at least reduce the amount I have left to pay on my deductible. I filed, and to my surprise, was pleasantly surprised to hear I was going to get an amount back on what I paid. The amount went into my account without delay. I am very happy with the service so far.

They keep their promises. We had a TPLO surgery on our English Bulldog, Tino. They were great throughout the entire process. We had multiple appointments with the vet leading up to the final diagnosis and surgery. Rainwalk was with us the entire way. I would recommend them to anyone.

We adopted a dog and he had an emergency choking incident so I made the conscious decision to take him to the vet. I’ve never used pet insurance before so I wasn’t sure how it worked but I felt like it may have been worth a try to submit a claim to the insurance for his emergency care.
