Rainier Overseas MoversReviews of rainieros.com

They are very professional and efficient. We used them to move to Hungary from the US. They are great would not consider using anyone else! They make it look so easy and it just seems to make the whole experience as stress free as possible!

Chuck is so professional and so knowledgeable, it was a pleasure working with someone that is so good at what he does!

My husband I moved from California to Hong Kong. Rainier made it very easy! They kept in touch with us throughout the whole process, and went over every detail with me. Our stuff arrived in great condition, and I would use them again. Because of world events, our move kept being put off. Chuck, our Rainier associate, kept in touch with us for over a year, helping us figure out logistics each time we set a date (and our move date changed 4 times!). He was so helpful and patient. My experience with Rainier was nothing but positive!

I contacted Rainier Overseas Movers Inc after a friend referred them to me. Don promptly got in touch and helped us plan our overseas move. We moved during the harrowing covid months in 2020 when international air tickets were far and few in-between. But the minute we were booked on a flight, we let Don know. He was able to get us sorted in a less than a week. He took care of everything for us. We did not have to worry about a thing. His team packed our apartment within five hours - including TV and some furniture. This allowed us to focus on other things. It was such a relief to have their help. They were superbly professional, well-mannered and respectful of our items. They always checked with us if they were unsure of how to handle things. Major kudos to this team! Even after everything was shipped, Don remained in touch to let us now how things were going and where our items were. As predicted, our possessions arrived to the other end of the World three months after we left. The partner-team handling our things on this end was respectful and professional. Not a single item was missing or damaged. Everything was in good shape. This was easily one of the smoothest experiences I have had with a moving company. They did an absolutely phenomenal job. I can't recommend Rainier Overseas Movers Inc enough.

Very professional service and excellent responsiveness! Our move overseas (from NYC to Luxembourg) went very smoothly and Don provided immediate help whenever we had any questions. Pricing was very competitive too, especially after receiving quotes from other movers. It was a pleasure working with Rainier Overseas Movers and we highly recommend their services.

We moved our household goods from Oregon to New Zealand in August 2020. Don was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Great communication - explained the process thoroughly, responded quickly to emails and phone calls, etc- which was essential with such a major move in a stressful time. We were so happy with his help and the companies he chose for each step of the way that we used Don and Rainier with a second, unexpected shipment about 5 months later in January 2021. Again, easy from start to finish. I highly recommend using them for an international move. They are awesome.

Above and beyond, exceptional service. On top of it from beginning to end- we never once had to spend any energy worrying about our belongings. We had heard we’d be in good hands with them, from multiple sources, and with all their friendliness and helpfulness, we knew we’d chosen wisely right from the get go.

I’ve done three overseas moves with Rainier, and I wouldn’t pick anyone else. The most impressive part of the company is the relationships they have built with the best local movers and shipping managers. Everyone is on the ball, courteous, and just overall excellent. Nobody better, in my book.
