If I could give Rainier 10 stars for my experience from beginning to end, I would. I am so grateful for the delivery of my shipment today and, everything was super.... not one thing broken not one thing out of place. Excellent experience. I would highly recommend them to anyone in future. The individuals working were totally professional, fastidious with packing and very kind. Thank you!!!!!!!!!!

I want to pass on my thanks for your assistance with moving our personal effects from Colorado to NZ. Your communication throughout was excellent, and 7 months after last seeing our furniture, it was all delivered in good condition a few days ago. Thanks again for your assistance with our 20 foot container shipment in such a difficult time for shipping logistics. We appreciate it.

Helpful, patient and incredibly dedicated to getting my things safely from the US to Germany! Everything was packed so carefully that even my almost entirely glass PC case showed up in perfect condition. I really cannot thank Dave and co for all their hard work!

I moved half-way around the world at the end of 2021. It was a hard time to manage international shipping but Rainier was very responsive every step of the way. Their partners both packing in California and unpacking in Victoria were great. They were all respectful working in our home and worked hard. We shipped a whole house of stuff and all arrived safely except 4 plates, a vase and a 1 inch gash in a sofa. The only reason I did not score them 5/5 was because the it all took longer and cost a little more than we had all planned. I don't think that was Rainier's fault, but it was a long process.

Fantastic service! I worked with Chuck Crosslin on my move from Wisconsin to Germany during the COVID shipping backlog and was completely satisfied. I received prompt replies to all emails and knowledgeable explanations of the process. All my stuff arrived in good condition.

Don Arroyo at Rainier Overseas Movers was absolutely fantastic to work with; our shipment from Oman to the US was caught up in the Covid-19 shipping container nightmare. Don stayed in touch with us throughout the year-long saga, and managed to re-route our shipment within the US at the 11th hour, with great flexibility and ease. Highly recommend Don and ROM for your international move.

I “met” Do Arroyo on line . From the very start he was friendly ,reassuring ,and gave me great confidence that all would go well . He arranged shipping of my personal items in a shared container from Seattle ,Washington USA to Auckland, New Zealand . He kept me informed of the progress as we made our way through all the published confusion of world shipping . Call this man ,Don Arroyo for all your shipping needs .
