Great customer service
Although the pump I ordered arrived with a broken fitting, the customer service folks were very helpful in getting a replacement shipped out. I am very happy with my pump purchase.

But it all comes down to various filtration and processing systems.Explore: Let us guide you through the entire process.Understand: With our rainharvest lab it becomes easy for you to envision a rainharvest system of your own.Collect: There is more rain coming, catch it.

Love the rain gutter guard/screens! They have kept the leaves and small debris out of our cistern and the leaves fall right off the screen as described!

I ordered their float switch which I thought was a pump controller. When it came with nothing but a two-wire cord connected to the floatation device I immediately sent an email asking for a wiring diagram and instructions on how it's supposed to work... Crickets... Oh, and 20% restocking fee, no exceptions!
