The part I ordered was delivered as indicated. Packaging protected the assembly and arrived in excellent condition. Expect to install it this week.

I clean my diverter a couple/three times a year. The system I designed has flaws, one of which is I have to crawl under some pipes to clean the filters. So over the years I have torn up the end cap with clumsy monkey wrenching. When I called they knew just what I needed, sent it right away. Nice to see quality service backing up quality products.

Fast, and very knowledgeable of their products. I will definitely use them again.

Very easy process to order online.

Good communication. The product was as described. I'd use them again. In Christ, Don Hogue Pray5.org

We've been collecting rainwater for a while now, but would constantly have to clean our tanks out from leaves and other debris. And the water was not very clean. Since purchasing the first flush system there is much less debris and our water is very clear. I would recommend installing a first flush system to anyone who is serious about collecting rainwater.

Rainharvest has one of the broadest sets of water collection and purification products online, with information and education to inform you as a home owner or installer. They then bundle that with strong professional sales and installation support. We are finishing our first installation of a fairly sophisticated, integration system and our experience was exceptional.

I ordered from RainHarvest last year all the parts for my new collection system. The pump controller developed a leak. I called for warranty service and bang the part showed up three days later. I will shop here again.
