I'm very pleased with service I got from them. Jeff was my sales rep, he answered all of my questions, the order process was very efficient. I want a 2000 gal tank, plus hook up parts. I am new to rain harvesting and Jeff took time to listen to my concerns and provided great information. I had about 6 phone calls during the planning and ordering on this project. All of them provided great customer service.

The rain harvest system allows us to save water and help mitigate storm sewage overflow
The rain harvest system allows us to collect water for our garden, screen out the first possibly dirty water, and then switch the water back to the drain system when the rain barrel is full. Because we have copper downspouts, it was not easy for my husband and son to install, but now that it is in place it looks just fine and they agree that it is worth the effort. This collection system has a leaf screen as well as a small dirt screen. It seems as if every issue was thought of for installation. Also, we have round downspouts which are hard to fit.
