RainHarvest SystemsReviews of rainharvest.com

Second time I’ve order from Rainharvest. They are always prompt in delivering. No complaints and would recommend them.

Excellent customer service and quality products.

Wszystko OK POLECAM.

We have used Rain Harvest for 8 years now for our cistern. The only thing we have had problems with is the cistern pump motor and Rain Harvest has got us a new pump immediately. Very nice to deal with and very knowledgeable.

I ordered a plastic welding kit from RainHarvest Systems through Amazon. The shipment got lost so I decided to call this company and explained to them what happened and that I was under a time constraint. They were very nice and helpful. They sent a new kit to me directly at a discount. I was really happy to get the kit in a very timely manner! I did finally receive the original order from Amazon and returned it for a refund.

These guys know their business! Smart, knowledgeable, and willing to help. Even know I was only putting together a small collection system they couldn’t do enough to help. Rob is a stellar person to deal with and can’t wait to have him help with a 7,000 gal. system. If your looking for the best collection system on the planet look no further than Climate.

Good company Easy to do business with them Everything promised comes through Max

I ordered my first ever rain collection to make the barrels I had collected able to save rain water. I found the adaptors, the hose piping and the hose spigots very able to with stand the water pressure and not leak. I wish that there had been more emphasis on the importance of an exact perfect cut for the hose spigot or the adaptor will leak or pull thru. Written directions with pictures would have been nice. I plugged my sloppy cut hole and carefully cut another hole, inserted the universal adaptor and plastic spigot, and no worries!! Tons of water for my flowers. Great inexpensive product line.
