System works as described
System works as described. Too early to determine effectiveness of ability to divert and separate the initial roof contaminants, Simple to install, although the directions and diagrams were somewhat confusing. Biggest disappointment was learning the length of the diverter "tail" needed to adequately provide the "first flush". For example, a 24'x40' roof in a polluted area would require 74' of 4" PVC to divert. That amount seems impractical in most residential areas.

It's Raining Outside, Capture it
Have always received the products in good condition and have found them to be of good quality, and always delivered rapidly. The best products and clear and concise pictures and information on how to create a proper rainwater harvesting system. The website is a gem to navigate and someone will pick up the phone to answer your questions.

I agreed to purchase if I could pick up the "1,000 gallon Above Ground Tank" within the lead time of two weeks. I banked the job on the agreement. The order was dated 5/11/2020 and I received the Trip Ticket on 6/12. You do the math...

Rainharvest sells awesome tanks
Rainharvest sells awesome tanks, fixtures and accessories I can find nowhere else! I had a problem with an overflow adapter I ordered, and they got back to me right away and we eventually figured out that I was doing it wrong! So one suggestion for improvement would be to include detailed instructions with the products, but I still think these folks are 5 stars
