Terrible experience . They have accepted my money, and the platform bombs out when I try execute a trade citing “internal server error” I’m told it’s being escalated but haven’t heard anything . Meanwhile I have missed my place in the market. Feel like customer service are just bots who issue holding responses .

Trusted. Mainly used in GCC - MENA They do not offer a 24/7 service for withdrawals. Transfer withdrawing your money takes 3 to 14 days Fees are average and could be considered high fees
Response from rain.comOct 24, 2021
Hi Georges, Thank you for sharing your experience with us. The withdrawal takes 1 day if you're located in Bahrain (Public holidays are not included) and up to 8 working days, however, you can place your withdrawal request at any given time. Moreover, The reason for the fees is that there is no liquidity for GCC pairs with BTC. If you have any further concerns or questions, please feel free to contact us via email at [email protected] and our team will gladly assist you. Thank you.

Hi Abdulmajed. Our mission is to bring cryptocurrency to the Middle East. We have done this by becoming licensed by the Central Bank of Bahrain and building institutional-grade infrastructure to accept local currencies in Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, and Oman. Once again, thank you for your feedback.
