This means that we have to go through many audits (financial, security, solvency), among many other things, to ensure we get the right to hold our license. Your withdrawal request has been processed successfully again and it should arrive to your bank within 1-4 business days as per the defined policy. Hello Fahad, We charge a flat fee of 1.5% for buy and sell transactions done by card and a 4% fee for buys done by card. Because the current liquidity in the Middle East is lower than it is in some other parts of the world (Coinbase, and the US for example) that's why the prices are slightly higher. It costs Rain more to source cryptocurrency and bring it here. ​ In the future we will be launching an order book exchange that will bring the prices and fees closer to the international standard. As the Middle East region grows in liquidity, the prices will come closer and closer to other regions. ​ Currently Rain has the best pricing in the Middle East by a wide margin compared to the other exchanges.
