Delivery took longer than expected with no updates or ETA. Was not given the close-up strength of the lens. I found them too strong

Very quick delivery

When I ordered the seeds, it didn't state that VAT wasn't included, so what seemed a bargain, wasn't!! In all fairness I contacted the Customer Service Tram and the amount was quickly refunded. The seeds arrived in a cellophane packet, no instructions as to the best time to plant them, that would be a great help.

I received and liked your product. To be fair, I would like to know the period you would usually recommend for the buyer to feel comfortable? Honestly, I find it difficult to read text from my mobile or laptop. I am 77 year old, and I should have opted for bifocal, but I am not an expert. Please recommend how to rectify? The delivery took very long, and I recommend that you inform buyer in advance about estimate delivery time. Otherwise, I really liked your product, and look forward to your response. Thank you & Kind regards

After delivery, which took a while, but tracking good, they arrived. I can read well with them, but not so good at distance. Well made, good style.

Delivery was quite quick but I'm afraid I cannot see good with them... I will keep trying and see how it goes

Just good service.

They are fairly ok for emergencies, but they would cause me problems if used contiuously.
