Service was ok i had ordered two pairs by mistake, and email sorted out a refund no problem. Not sure about the pair I received might just take a bit of getting used to. I normally don't use distance glasses for watching TV but thought these would just sharpen a bit,need reading ones for using my phone so thought I would give them a try.

They were priced £9.99 plus £2.99 for postage which is what I was expecting to pay, but a couple of weeks later I was looking through my bank statements and they actually took £16.80!! out but was too late to stop the payment. I received them about 4 weeks later and they’re not as good as I expected.

Items arrived yesterday. In a padded envelope. Each one if the recipe cards had a bend in it. Why (when shipping overseas) would you not use a board backed envelope to protect the items? Lazy way to save some cash and ensure customer dissatisfaction.
