Service was ok i had ordered two pairs by mistake, and email sorted out a refund no problem. Not sure about the pair I received might just take a bit of getting used to. I normally don't use distance glasses for watching TV but thought these would just sharpen a bit, need reading ones for using my phone so thought I would give them a try.

They were priced £9.99 plus £2.99 for postage which is what I was expecting to pay, but a couple of weeks later I was looking through my bank statements and they actually took £16.80!! out but was too late to stop the payment. I received them about 4 weeks later and they’re not as good as I expected.

Items arrived yesterday. In a padded envelope. Each one if the recipe cards had a bend in it. Why (when shipping overseas) would you not use a board backed envelope to protect the items? Lazy way to save some cash and ensure customer dissatisfaction.

My eyesight adjusted immediately. Unlike others my eyesight was blurred. The courier was very friendly. My only complaint is the packaging was damaged, but fortunately the glasses were in tact.
