Hi there, Thank you for your honest feedback. We’re very glad to hear you were happy with the quality and printing from RacetopPrint, but we’re truly sorry that the packaging did not provide enough protection and that some of the bags arrived damaged. We understand how disappointing this must be. Our team will reach out to you directly to review the issue and work with you on a solution. We also appreciate you bringing this to our attention and will share your feedback with our packaging and fulfillment team so we can continue improving how orders are protected during shipping.
