Don’t Order from Here
I ordered my bags from Racetop printing in mid May. I have not received them and it’s August. At first they said it was stuck in customs. Then they said they’ll reprint. Now they gave me a tracking number for someone else. I’m coming to the realization that I got ripped off and it’s a scam. Don’t order from here. I lost like$120 After writing this review they finally printed the bags 3 months later and many emails later. I’m glad to get the bags but I still wouldn’t order again.

Difficult Customer Service
I can’t get a hold of anyone to clarify something on my order. No one picks up the phone or responds on social media. Someone responded to my email saying they would call me at a certain time then they completely ghosted me. I’m trying to cancel my order but there is no way to reliably contact customer service.

Slow To Print
Ordered my first run on marketing material from Race to print due to the timing of their delivery. After approving the mock up almost same day no further communication was made. 1 day prior to the event I followed up and was told a problem occurred with one item and the other would be delivered in 2 weeks. When requesting to cancel these orders I was told I could only cancel one they made the error on. 30 days would be the turnaround time when the website said the longest wait would be 14 days. Deceptive over promising via their website, buyer beware.

The stickers are stellar..BUTNwhen you…
The stickers are stellar..when you receive the ones you actually ordered. Racetop printed the wrong info on several of my stickers..they never corrected the error, send me back some other ones that were equally wrong. The delay was such that I could not have the stickers I needed on time despite originally ordering them over 2 months before the event I needed them for. And guess what? I am still waiting for the last shipment..probably wrong anyway. This company is poorly managed, they blame their error on the machinery and customer services dept obviously never communicate with operations! A lousy company!!!

The worst and they lie. A LOT.
The worst. And they lie. A LOT. incorrectly shipped my order to a store in New Jersey - the store owner contacted me. They wouldn't respond for over a week and lied, telling me my bags weren't in New Jersey. I was running out of bags so I paid over $50 to ship one of the boxes to my store because they told me a reprint was on its way from China. This was also a lie. The second shipment from China? Never happened. Over two weeks later, finally bothered to get the remaining box in New Jersey (badly damaged btw) and ship it to me in Chicago. They never answer the phone. Barely answer emails. I don't think this is a legitimate company. The bags smell funny and the glue was put on so sloppy, one of the corners of every single bag sticks closed. THE WORST.

Unorganized, poor customer service
The first tracking stated my order was coming from California. When I had not received it within the timeline (i paid additional cost for faster shipping), they sent me another tracking number based out of Delaware. I’m still questioning if this was a legit company or not. I could never reach anyone on the customer service phone, they only communicated via email. Beware if you choose to do business with this “company”. In my experience, they are unorganized, unprofessional and in dire need of customer service skills.

Avoid this company
Don’t make the mistake of not reading their shipping policy. Even their sample pack ships from overseas. There are other US-based companies that actually ship their products from the US. Look elsewhere
