Colors are way off!
I ordered a custom bag with orange ribbon handles and thought that I would receive what I approved in the proof. NOPE! The logos were correct BUT the bags had these neon orange handles on them. The company claims that they have a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee. After sending photos I was told that the orange in the proof (burnt orange ribbon) and what I was sent are a color match. They are not!! As a new start up small business it is extremely challenging to order items and not get what you thought you’d asked for. I wish I could attach the photos here. They look horrendous Be extremely careful ordering with RaceTop.
