While they did a great job on the design, they advertised this as packaging tape. It's so thin ( not wide enough for even half my tape gun!). Obviously, I didn't read the fine print that this was very small packaging tape. I will use it for my business in other ways but not as shipping tape.

Hi there, Thank you for sharing your experience. We completely understand how frustrating it can be when a product doesn’t meet your expectations. The tape you ordered (1" x 164') is indeed a narrower size, and we realize it may not be ideal for a standard tape gun. We also offer wider options, like 3" tape, which might work better for shipping purposes. We’ll be reaching out to you directly to make sure we find the best solution for your needs. We truly appreciate your understanding and your support.

I placed an order and received a shipping confirmation but then things stalled. I updates on the shipment. I contacted Race Top Print and they told me the shipment was lost and they would do immediate re-ship. I had to send another email requesting confirmation of shipment and it was then that things started rolling and I received my shipment in about 6 days. The bags look great.

the product that I order turned out beautiful... I didn't give 5-stars because they originally said it would take 14 business days for delivery and it actually took well over 1 month... nevertheless they're beautiful!

Missed timelines
Unfortunately, I found the communication to be delayed and our promised delivery date was missed, even though it had been communicated multiple times. This was disappointing and frustrating as we could have chosen another vendor from the very beginning if we knew the date would be missed. We paid for expedited shipping, but Ground Economy was still used. Racetop ended up providing us with a small reimbursement.
