Hi there, Thank you so much, Maureen, for taking the time to share such thoughtful feedback! We’re thrilled to hear that you were happy with the gold foil UV DTF stickers, especially the clarity of the detailed line artwork, the beautiful finish, and how easily the stickers applied to your clear vinyl bags. It also means a lot to know that our team’s artwork review and communication helped make the process smooth from start to finish. We’re especially happy that your children enjoyed using the sample stickers to decorate a gift bag! The prism and holographic gold foil styles are some of our favorites too, and we would be delighted to support Perovskia Rose with more custom stickers and packaging products in the future. At RacetopPrint, we aim to make high-quality custom printing accessible to small businesses and handmade sellers through flexible quantities and attentive service. Your kind words truly mean a lot to our team. Thank you again for choosing RacetopPrint!

Hi there, We’re truly sorry to hear about the repeated inconsistencies you have experienced with your die-cut stickers and labels. We understand how important accurate sizing, consistent cutting, clear print quality, and reliable finishing are when these products are being used for your business. It is especially concerning to hear that several stickers were not produced to the scale ordered, that white outlines appeared inconsistently, and that some of the printed stickers were blurry. We sincerely apologize for the frustration and disappointment this has caused, particularly since you mentioned experiencing similar issues more than once. Unfortunately, we have not been able to locate your order based on the information provided in this review. Please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and photos showing the sizing, cutting, outline, and print-quality issues. Our team will carefully review the relevant artwork, approved proofs, and production records to investigate what happened and discuss an appropriate resolution with you. We appreciate your honest feedback and would be grateful for the opportunity to properly review and address these concerns.
