I had such a great experience with Raad Jewelers and I’m so glad I found them through Reddit reviews. I wanted to replicate an older ring with a new stone, so I sent over a picture of my ring. They were super responsive, sending me renderings and videos of the stone to make sure I was happy with everything. The communication was fast and clear, and they really went out of their way to make sure the ring was ready in time for a big event I had coming up. They hit the deadline without any issues, and the final product was absolutely perfect. I couldn’t be more pleased. I honestly can’t recommend Raad Jewelers enough. The whole process was smooth, stress-free, and I love the finished ring. If you’re looking for custom jewelry with excellent service, definitely give them a try!

My husband ordered my 20-year engagement ring upgrade from raad. From start to finish the entire process was super easy, Peter was very responsive and kept us informed every step of the way. It took a little longer than expected for my ring to be finished because they wanted to make sure it was perfect so they sent me a free pair of earrings as a thank you for my patience. I am thrilled with my new ring and will be ordering an upgrade for my wedding band from them next.

Where to begin with this Jeweler? Peter and his team kept me updated and informed through the whole process I have never purchased anything that was this expensive or this important online ever in my life. But he made me a 20th anniversary wedding ring that quite frankly was one of the nicest things I've ever purchased. I can't emphasize enough the professionalism the attention to detail and just how nice the experience was. I cannot give him Enough stars I've been literally trust this guy if I was spending 100k on jewelry. I've never met him I've never seen him I've spoke with him through a text messages and emails but I would not hesitate to spend that kind of money with this guy team of Jewelers.
