I truly was so skeptical buying from an online jeweler - even had regrets and panic during the waiting process… However, all local jewelry stores were extremely over priced, hence why I turned to the internet. I requested a zoom call with Peter Raad (the jeweler himself) and went over the designs/rings I tried on in person that I wanted to replicate. Peter assured me that this could be done, and was super helpful with choosing the correct diamond and what the grading system means, etc. A video was sent once the diamond was received for my approval. I emailed a couple of times while the ring was in process for an update, with responses typically in 1 business day. Video of completed ring once it was finished, and immediate email of tracking information. It even arrived overnight instead of the standard 2 day shipping. Once arrived, I was quite nervous and excited (I think I still wasn’t trusting of the online process, despite every reason to). My ring is absolutely stunning!!! It is flawless. We couldn’t be any happier. Dads Jewelers will be my go to from now on.

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience working with Raad. They were always super responsive, extremely friendly, and a pleasure to work with. They gave me frequent updates throughout the process, and were happy to provide additional information when I asked. The setting and diamond I chose were absolutely beautiful. This company truly cares about their customers and it shows in every facet of interaction I had with them. This is uncommon nowadays but Raad is doing it right. That is how you keep customers and also achieve recommendations. If you are looking to buy an engagement ring online, I highly highly recommend going with Raad.

My experience with Raad Jewelers was OUTSTANDING! There are so many scamming companies out there so you have to be extra careful. Peter met with me virtually so he could understand exactly what I wanted. Boy did he succeed! My ring is STUNNING! He was kind, patient and answered all the questions I had. He was also always readily available through email. Shipping was insured and came in the prettiest box! I will forever order from this company in the future for all my needs. 10/10!!!!

Working with Peter and his team was amazing! We had several zoom meetings with Peter and was super patient while listening to everything that we said to help us craft the perfect ring. I’d also like to note that he wasn’t pushy at all and made us very comfortable. Nonetheless, our ring has arrived and I nearly blinded myself looking at it in the sunlight. Raad jewelers for the win!
