I was under the impression that I had to pay 5 dollars per month to use the Q&A. They took 59.99 from my bank account right away, and I have just learned that the Q&A is free, I have no idea what I have subscribed to. I hope I get my refund.

Although it is a great idea to help people learning, there is a lot of flows in this software. Not sure if it is the guy who wrote the questions but in review mode, I have a multiple-choice that make sense but not the same in learning mode with multiple-choice that does not make ANY SENSE with the questions.... In addition, sometimes, I even do not have any opportunity to choose any response. I decided to stop using it as loosing to much time to understand what is right or wrong....

I really like the website; I personally think that Quizlet is a great tool for learning. My only problem was the subscription fee. I upgraded my account to Quizlet Plus and expected that I would find some more advanced Quizzes. However, I didn't, so I canceled my account right away. For some reason, it might haven't gone through because a few days later, I received a bill for a one-year subscription. So I immediately wrote them an email and asked for a refund. It took them approximately 1 minute to write me back and told me that it wasn't a problem, and I would get a refund. Website design 5 stars Customer service 5 stars But the lack of interesting content is a problem for me, which is why I give them 4 stars. I think it should be an easy fix: hire some professionals to make interesting courses or make a tab that highlights Quiz of the week or something like that. And many thanks to Karin for the quick response.

Portrays a trial as a free trial but leaves the part out saying you have to pay 50 dollars after 7 days. Absolutly criminal

I have now written the same cards over and over again because its, somehow, looses internet connection even though nothing is wrong with it. Its literally useless..

I would give zero stars if I could! Nowhere on their site said i would be charged almost $50 after a week trial. NOWHERE. I never gave them permission to rob me. I still haven’t heard anything back from their email account about my refund. I am furious!
