Quizlet: Digital flashcards and online study toolsReviews of quizlet.com

Better than some websites but their ads are just ridiculous.

I signed up for the 30 day free trial, 10 days later, they charged my bank account $47.88 not once but 2 TIMES. I cancelled my 30 day trial immediately and filed fraudulent activity with my bank. Beware of quizlets!

This review is related to my refund experience: I signed up for the Quizlet Plus free trial, but I completely forgot to cancel it. I was charged ~$50, and I immediately contacted Quizlet about the situation and explained a bit of it. I was nervous if I would get a refund at all when I was reading some of these reviews, but I was refunded just a few hours after contacting them! Thanks Quizlet!

This is pure cancer

Quizlet is great. Seems like the 1-star reviews are from people who don't understand how free trials work. I did the free trial and the terms were EVERYWHERE in very simple language. They clearly tell you what date you will be charged after your trial ends, how much it will be, and how frequently it will renew unless you cancel. They also sent a confirmation email which repeated all of this information. Don't pretend you're shocked that you were charged for something when you willingly provided payment information at the time of signup, and didn't bother to read the 2-3 sentences right next to the signup button. Some common sense would be nice. Again, Quizlet is great. I'm still doing the free trial so I'm not sure I'll be using Quizlet Plus, but for sure going to use the free version as it already has plenty of features that I'm using regularly.

I got the week free trial and I was using just the flashcards on and off for a couple of days then lost interest but didnt give quizlet permission nor was I given a chance to.This is most definitely a scam after reading the other reviews. The bank said the money has not been accepted by them so I'm hoping they will do the right thing and refund me fully.Be careful with site or better yet dont use it

This app is by far the best learning platform for my kids. The study sets made by other people are very convenient and are free too. I have to give a big round of applause for this one. Well Done!
