Not much sense in repeating what everyone else says about this company, but they do not fulfill their orders at all. They tell you one thing and the product never arrives. Someone should really create a class action lawsuit against this company to stop them from cheating folks.

I placed in order for a rear differential on 9-1-23. The part was supposed to arrive in 5-7 days so when I didn't receive it I tried to call the number on the website but all you get is an automated Service saying the voicemail is full so I had to email the company to see why it was delayed. Finally I was sent tracking information for the part. When it came in they had sent me some cheap piece of plastic for another car. I requested a refund on 9-15. Then they refused to refund my money until I returned the part shipped in error, so essentially they held a $3000 return ransom until I sent back a cheap piece of plastic they had sent me. Then it took weeks and multiple emails to get them to send me a return shipping label. I finally received a refund today 10-16-23. Long story short it took multiple emails, filing a dispute with my credit card company and 31 days from the time I requested a refund to finally get my money back.

I would give them zero stars but that's not an option. Ordered a part for my 2022 Kia Carnival. Showed available. After not receiving it for two weeks I find it was damaged in transit. I had to request they re-order it from the manufacturer. After another 2 weeks waiting I had to again do a chat (you can't call the voice mail is full) to find out where it was. It had arrived but not been shipped. 2 weeks later chat again still not shipped. Done. Refund my money. If the refund doesn't hit I will dispute with the credit card company.

Great price! Shipping and customer service was perfect!

I ordered a pair of windshield spray nozzles. Was only sent one, then told the missing one would be sent priority and 3 days later it has still not been shipped. Very bad customer service and company. I lost money on this customers repair because of this company. They even told me they would make it right if they didn't ship it in time. Which they did not but they refused to offer a refund for the mistake made. I understood human error to begin with but overnight shipping not being shipped for 3 days is unacceptable. Buy your parts from another seller.

I ordered a part on the the website that said available but after waiting for a week and not getting any updates, I finally was told its not available and I ended up wasting my time!! This site is a JOKE! Satisfaction not guarantee!

WILL NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!!! Went online looking for a part for a Ford Fusion, found the part on their website, paid for shipping, and received the part in a timely manner, however the part received was not the part depicted. Their website had a picture of the part. The picture shows 4 hoses, 2 plastic fittings, and some hose clamps. What was received was 2 hoses and some clamps, not even close to what was depicted. So requested return information was sent back 2 emails saying to send the part either UPS or USPS to two different addresses depending on the return method. No return shipping label or number! Just send it back at my cost!!! No return shipping re-imbursement. Will be looking for these guys on Better Business Bureau website to see if any one else has filed a complaint. Will not being doing any business with them again!!

Receive one of the two parts ordered, phone service voicemail is full, emails get generic computer generated responses. Don't waste your time pay the extra from a reputable supplier.
