I am very surprised with these review. I ordered two parts. They came in quick. One was miss labeled so it was the same parts. Don't think it was them. I reached out to them and they emailed me a return label, ordered the part directly from the manufacturer and got it out to me all within 10 days. The customer service was excellent! (by email) and responsive. They apologized for the error and corrected it quickly. They even gave me the option to refund, but of course I wanted the parts.

confirmed OEM parts fit perfectly . 35% cheaper than from car dealer or parts store. Great experience.

I received my parts today for my 2018 Mitsubishi Outlander. Everything went smooth and the parts fit perfectly. Will be using Quirkparts again in the future.

I have been doing business with them for a few years now and have very good luck. I like that they offer pickup options for parts that are very expensive to ship. That noted the one issue is returns/warranty but I have never needed to do that. DO NOTE FOR BEST EXPERIENCE DO RESEARCH THE PART NUMBER BEFORE ORDERING.

Had to order a dealer only part that they themselves didnt stock and had to order. Not to mention none of the dealers (Nissan) got back to me about it. Quirk Parts was able to order and ship it within a week and it was a perfect replacement/fit.

Although there were a couple of missing parts on a large order of 17 items for $876.38. They quickly contacted me after I filled out the contact form. I guess I was a little upset that there was no phone number to call, but now that I think back I guess I was overreacting. They sent the two items quickly and at their cost. I ordered a Subaru part from Quirkparts.com and then read the Trustpilot ratings and was in a panic. However, everything went very smoothly and had the OEM part in hand within days. Decided to post because my experience so good compared to others here. Also noted that their Ebay rating is very high.
