I ordered a wind shield washer pump for my ford f250, and they sent a small o-ring instead. With the part # for the washer pump on the envelope. Upon contacting quirk parts they said the pump was out of stock, and to follow the steps in the e-mail for a full refund. There were no steps. I have had to involve ebay to hopefully get a refund. DO NOT do business with quirk parts they are scammers.

I ordered a lightning fast heavy duty USB cable from them. They sent me the wrong one. I've been trying to reach them for 2 weeks. They will not respond to emails or phone calls. I got scammed!

I ordered a part but never received a confirmation. I inquired about what happened but they sent messages back & forth to me for weeks stating that they couldn't find the order. They eliminated their customer service phone number & think this is a viable replacement. Eventually, after about 3 weeks or so, they claimed that they were out of the part. Don't do business here, they don't know what they're doing. What a waste of time. Pathetically incompetent.

Had to order a dealer only part that they themselves didnt stock and had to order. Not to mention none of the dealers (Nissan) got back to me about it. Quirk Parts was able to order and ship it within a week and it was a perfect replacement/fit.

Been waiting 2 weeks for a refund. Can't contact them OTP. Mailbox "FULL"! How unbelievably unprofessional. Won't return e-mail inquiries.
