I ordered a replacement handle for my drivers seat reclining lever. Shipped very quickly. Went to install, it is for the passenger seat. I emailed the issue and they won't pay to return it. Now they say it's not the right part, I'd eat the cost if it were the drivers side handle that I found didn't fit, but this is clearly their mistake. I'll post this review everywhere I can find. Takes 2 days or more to reply to my email. Unacceptable!!!

Terrible company. There is absolutely no way to contact this company no matter what number you call or email you use. DON"Y BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.

Customer service after the sale for parts online is non existent. Did not receive my full order and there is no response when called or emailed. I would not recommend this business to anyone.

I cannot give quirk parts a rating because it is a scam not a business. If you know that people are being scammed by a company with your name you would put out some type of correspondence or warning like most companies. Instead you just state that you have been getting many calls from people who have been scammed. Beware everyone I am not sure about the real quirk parts but be sure that you are not being scammed when ordering.

Terrible people, Terrible customer service, terrible quality parts, better off looking on ebay but watch out these “geniuses” have an account on there too to screw you over.

If it was possible go give them less than a star I would …(Quirk Parts) like the name it’s a deceptive business … not even a business Quirk Parts it’s is a Scam disguised in a legit business. I can’t believe they are still operating … not only I paid a hefty shipping fee, hopping to get my parts (quickly) I got a (Quirky service) 25 days later I still haven’t received my parts. We exchanged has a dozen of e-mail where they pretended to be working on my order … what a shame…. And now they are offering me to refund the remaining parts Nope I want a full refund I am sending you back everything… I don’t care if I have to pay for the shipping Don’t do business with this company … report them ….

These oh-so-smart humans can't tell me anything past "Cancelled your order because addresses didn't match up or the order is from outside of the U.S." , checked my invoice and all of the information is correct and the order was placed from North Carolina, which to their surprise is IN THE USA.

You should A) Update your computer inventory as my Brooklyn, NY Service Rep told me that you had 2 in stock B) You are Quirk Ford are you not? So why the hell would you send me a message, (minus any proper headings or apologies for any inconvenience) stating you need to order it from Ford when I WAS SURE THAT'S WHAT I HAD DONE! C)Work on your communication (WHICH CURRENTLY SUCKS!) as I had to reach out to you verses you communicating with me! A horrible experience overall, I will make sure I rate your shoddy outfit accordingly. You are the worst, Chris Conway
