I ordered a helmet and found that it didn't fit properly so I called to explain and was very pleased with th eprocess of returning and receiving a new helmet that fit perfectly. Very friendly and helpfull. I would reccomend them without any reserve!

Enjoy the helmet's light weight and ratchet chin strap, but that's where the satisfaction ends. For the price, the quality of the helmet overall is lacking (former Shoei owner). The ventilation is poor and the vents themselves appear to be made of cheap plastic. The technology is a nice idea, but it is not Siri compatible which reduces ease of use. And although I do not own one, I'm told the Apple Watch has the ability to detect a hard fall and send emergency alerts and location coordinates, so there's that. Lastly, the sound quality of the helmet's speakers is incredibly poor. (All treble, no mids or lows). I listened to a friend's Sena system after the fact, and Quin has nothing on it. Bottom line is, this helmet is gathering dust on my shelf, and it's not for the lack of riding.

A good helmet I have not been able to use much yet, till the pin lock inserts come in, this time of year a full face helmet is almost useless in my area. Sizing is small, I have 3 other full face, 2 xxl and 1 xl, and this xxl is a little more snug then my xl. Road noise is very good. Great helmet for the price.

Best helmet purchase that I have ever made, the fit of the helmet is excellent. The weight and features of the helmet make it a pleasure wear. You’ll hit it out of the ballpark with this helmet!
