I have a Ghost umbra helmet. It’s a good looking helmet! The speakers could be better sound like you are listening from a tin can. Could use more base. Helmet is pretty loud. I will probably be wearing the helmet with ear plugs. Customer service was good. If there is a way to swap out speakers it would be awesome! Like how light weight it is.

I’m so happy with my Ghost carbon helmet. It is so much lighter than my AGV K5- and all that needs to be said is that no one from AGV called me when I bounced my head off the pavement. Someone from Quin dispatched the police when my helmet detected a crash! This helmet is the meeting point between the most cutting edge technology and an good old fashioned customer service.

I finally got to use my new Quin helmet. This helmet is one of the best helmets I’ve ever used. Bluetooth works great! Even at highway speeds music is very clear. The only gripe I have is that the helmet does run a little small. P that in mind when measuring. Other than that, I have zero complaints!

I've been looking for a Bluetooth all-inclusive helmet and settled on the QUIN DESIGN after several weeks of being on the fence. Helmet arrived and, after a week of riding, here are my initial thoughts on my Spitfire Nero: Pros: Lightweight. This helmet is the lightest I've had, which is amazing considering it has speakers, mic, bluetooth controls, etc. Aesthetics are great; looks even better with the dark smoked shield. Materials are comfortable. Price, for what you get, is amazing; I would have thought this helmet would retail for easily over $500. Cons: What's up with the drop-down visor?? It has this weird edging at the bottom that distorts your vision when you look down. Why did you do that? Material is great like I said above but there was some negative build quality. I noticed the paint around the edges of the helmet is already flaking off. The "Quick Release Face Shield" is anything but - and there were no directions on how to operate it! 4/5. I think QUIN has a ways to go to be top of the game but they are getting there.

Just received my “ghost” helmet and pleased that it fits nicely. Went for short ride and found it easy to sync with iPhone and enjoy my music. Wife called on the ride-no problem. Immediately appreciated the weight reduction of the helmet and overall very pleased with my purchase. 5 star experience

I am very happy with this purchase. My previous helmet which served many many years was getting a bit old and I wanted new technology like crash recognition because most of my writing is alone and the audio and the Bluetooth is great for music and gps. My only suggestion for future models is to have the drop-down sunglasses a little lower so it provides more sunshade. But the sun shades do work really well and the venting works really well too. Thanks!!
