I absolutely love this company! They are fast, produce great quality work and the one time I had an issue they were fast to fix it! I am a repeat customer!

I understand that the holiday (Labor Day) was on Monday but I ordered transfers Tuesday morning that I needed for Friday. I got the notification that my order has shipped at 11:44 am on Wednesday but I got the UPS alert that my order was received tonight (Thursday) at 8:16 pm and would arrive by Saturday. If I would’ve known they hadn’t actually shipped, I would’ve been able to go to a local place as I need this task completed by Friday and I’m on a time crunch. Now I’ll have to use my Cricut and cut and weed vinyl which I don’t have time for. I really like this company and use them constantly for my transfer needs, but this is the 2nd time this has happened and is disappointing.

The DTF transfer quality and turnaround time were excellent. I am very happy with the product! My only suggestion would be to improve the customer experience a bit. As a first-time visitor, I was not greeted when I arrived, and it was a little unclear how the pickup process worked until another employee stepped in to assist me. A warmer welcome would make the experience even better.

My experience with this company has been the best, the employees are always able to help, when an image prints wrong they always respond and resolve the issue. 10/10
